We provide publishing and related services to authors and sell digital/physical books and services via **FalconBooksPublishing.com** (the “Site”).

- Identity & contact: name, email, phone, postal address, billing details.

- Transaction data: orders, invoices, payment status (we don’t store full card numbers; Stripe processes payments).

- Usage & technical: IP, device, pages viewed, and analytics.

- Communications: support messages, form submissions.

### How we use data

- To provide and bill for services, fulfill orders, manage accounts, prevent fraud, provide support, send essential service emails, and (with consent where required) send marketing you can opt out of anytime.
