7. Intellectual Property

We retain IP in our platform/tools. Deliverable IP assignment/licensing is set in the proposal/SOW. You warrant your supplied materials don’t infringe third-party rights.

9. Disclaimers

Services provided “as is”; no guarantee of specific commercial outcomes.

10. Liability

No liability for indirect damages or lost profits. Aggregate liability capped at fees paid in the [12] months prior—except where not permitted by law (e.g., fraud, death/personal injury by negligence).

Services (publishing packages)

Cooling-off: If you purchase online as a consumer, you may cancel within 14 days unless work has begun with your express request; in that case we deduct a reasonable amount for work performed.
Milestone-based refunds: If we materially fail to deliver an agreed milestone and can’t remedy within [14] days of notice, you may request a prorated refund of fees for the undelivered portion.

Digital products (eBooks, downloads)

All sales are final once delivered unless the file is defective or misdescribed. We’ll replace the file or refund upon verification.

Physical books/merch

Returns window: 30 days from delivery for unused, resalable items.
