1. Your Right to a Refund
Under UK consumer law, you are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if your purchase is:
- Faulty – The item is damaged or defective.
- Not as described – The product does not match the description provided.
- Unfit for purpose – The item does not function as expected.
If your order meets any of these conditions, please contact us to arrange a return and refund or replacement.
2. Change of Mind (Cancellations & Returns)
For online purchases, you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to cancel your purchase.
- You must notify us within this 14-day period if you wish to cancel.
- Once notified, you have another 14 days to return the item(s).
- Items must be returned in their original condition.
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item is faulty.
Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a full refund within 14 days.
