Andre Consciencia

André Consciência is a Portuguese author, magician, and multidisciplinary artist whose work bridges the esoteric and the creative. A dedicated practitioner of Hermeticism and the magical system of Franz Bardon for over two decades, he began his journey with the Fraternitas Hermetica while still a minor. His extensive experience spans various traditions, including AMORC, the Order of Michael’s Grail, the Thelemic Golden Dawn, and Astrum Argentum. He is also an Inner Council member of the Horus Maat Lodge and a member of the OTOA-LCN. André teaches neo-shamanism and leads an active group of practitioners, offering a grounded yet visionary approach to spiritual development. ​

Beyond his esoteric pursuits, André is a prolific writer and artist. He has authored numerous works, including The Path to IPSOS Volumes I and II, The Way of Abrahadabra, A Guide to the Elementals, and Through the Soul Mirror to the Sphere of the Sun. His writings often explore the intersections of Hermetic philosophy, magical practice, and inner transformation. As the founder of the theater company CIA.Mefisteatro, André has written and produced plays such as Twilight Circus and Sapho’s Bone, blending ritual, myth, and performance. He is also a musician and poet, with a body of work that reflects his Neoplatonic sensibilities and commitment to artistic expression as a spiritual path.
